Hi my name is Sasha and I am a siberian husky. I am 7 years old and was adopted 5 years ago from the Gloucester County Animal Shelter in Clayton, NJ. I loved my new home from the very first day. I love to take long wallks everyday, especially when I can look for squirrels and wild turkeys. My favorite toys are 'squeaky toys'. Another favorite for me is the dog park where I can run and play with my dog friends. Recently we started visiting Cardinal Village here in New Jersey and I have made quite a few new friends. After a busy day, I like to hang out and cuddle with my human Mom and Dad.

So good to hear from you. Yes, I love the cooler weather. When I go to the park in the mornings, I get very excited about seeing my friends and doing a little wrestling, a little running and a little of just hanging out. We do have a fun time.
Of course because I am a good girl, I plan to ask Santa for a nice big bone and a new squeaky toy.

We finished reading the “Backward Bird Dog”. It was great. It reminded us of you because J.C., the dog in the story, loves squirrels just like you do.
